A national advertising campaign was set to launch, and would undoubtedly increase awareness of H&R Block's tax expertise. But more than increasing awareness, the client needed to increase the number of appointments made at their retail locations nationwide. Chemistry created a fully responsive microsite that not only supported the advertising campaign's theme of "Get Your Billion Back," but that engaged the visitor in a dynamic "story" and led directly (and easily) into making an appointment at a nearby H&R Block location.
